kyle became ill on Novermber 27, 2018, and did not work at all this day, but instead he went to the doctor. Upon arriving at the doctor he was diagnosed with a blood clot and was admitted into the hospital. When he was released from the hospital, we requested a doctor's release for his return to work. He never produced one and called on January 7, 2019 to say he would be resigning effective immediately. We had paid him during his absence from November 27, 2018 to January 7, 2019.
