We are here from Tennessee visiting family in Wilton. We had to come check out the Candy Kitchen! We browsed all the candy and memorabilia, and had some ice cream. Mr. Lynn Ochiltree was telling us the history of the store and then asked my daughter if she could spell Tennessee. She did not get it right. He told her if she came back the next day and could spell Pennsylvania and Anesthesiologist, she could have free ice cream! You best believe she was motivated to learn those words, and today she got her free treat! She also learned how to spell Tennessee, by the way. Thank you Mr. Lynn for the wholesome interaction and engaging conversation. We loved the Candy Kitchen and will never forget this experience! Can't wait to come back next time we are in town!
